It was an almost perfect dinner until the waiter on the ground floor sent us to the public toilet across the street when we asked him where the toilets were. Moreover, with such contempt. The waitress was great and adorable, as was the kitchen (nothing to say).

Very good cuisine, and fortunately. This was for a special occasion and we are disappointed with the service overall. You have to ask for water and bread. Not very warm service (except one person with brown hair), otherwise not very friendly. If this restaurant wants to play gastronomy the rest must follow, and there is a big gap. Some breweries do better. To top it off a big group arrived, Chinese I think, and hello the noise!!! Infernal!! The least we could do was at least offer a coffee!!! Or others…. So the birthday moment was missed. We will not come back.

Very tasty meal (see photo of the dishes) right on the beach of Êtretat! We took the menu with sea bass and cod. The round shape of the restaurant creates a nice atmosphere and a great view! Very smooth and friendly service.

19/09/2024: In the middle of August we were quickly served... Delicious food, including Normandy tartiflette... Excellent service too!
19/09/2024: Very nice surprise after a terrible moment at its neighbor La Salamandre (which should be avoided) and therefore delighted to have abandoned the other restaurant to make this beautiful discovery in Etretat. Very warm and appreciable service despite the fact that we were the last to leave, me and my darling (and yes when it is very hard to leave a place), fast, beautiful and very good dishes and prices in view of those applied in not bad restaurant in the city (tourist trap for quite a few others expensive and not good and I'm not talking about hygiene) and picturesque place but maintained at best as well as cleanliness. So there you can go there with your eyes closed and personally I would go back there shortly 🤗

06/09/2024: From the terrace, a splendid view of the cliffs, excellent sea sauerkraut, very well served, we didn't have to wait, and as a bonus a little guest behind the glass (pretty seagull), we had a happy time
05/09/2024: Very good food with exceptional value for money. We ate there with a view of the sea 3 out of 4 evenings in Étretat. The service is unusually attentive. When an intolerance was noted, a wonderful alternative was immediately suggested and created. All around great and warm too. Absolutely worth it!
