L'Huitrière sur Etretat

Excellent cuisine, but it's a shame that the room service is a little disappointing (cold, dishes are sent really too quickly).. Downside also for the absence of appetizers when you have an aperitif... nevertheless, it remains a very good address in Etretat.

Very good establishment for a birthday lunch. Prefer a table on the 1st floor for the view. Very well heated room, menu that mixes land and sea, staff who take great care of you. To recommend without hesitation. -Christian

During this dinner we had a pleasant evening, we had two menus for 56 euros + aperitif + bottle of wine. However, small details displeased us: - The waiter in training does not know what Bénédictine is and rather than asking his colleagues the question, gave us incorrect information out of ignorance, so we went to Google to find out. - This same server tells us that it is impossible to change the menu entry with another entry, the two entries being at the same price a la carte. At the end of the service, another server told us that it would have been possible. - Disappointment with the poor cooking of the endive, clearly not cooked enough and therefore impossible to cut with a fish knife. The endive was not cooked: half endive placed on the plate, no bitterness removed, endive just burned with a blowtorch (parts were black) and not braised - Dessert tasting plate not explained - We are made to understand that it is time to leave by turning off the music, switching off decorative lights, cashing in at the table before the end of the meal.

Great restaurant with a marvelous view. Perfect for having some lunch in it’s cozy inside while enjoying the misty view of the cliffs and the horizon in the sea. The service was attentive and fast and the food was good. Recomend ordering the menu that contemplates 2 dishes for a better budget, the plates were sufficient and of great taste. Do order the fresh oysters, definitely a must.

Everything was perfect, the welcome was superb, natural...a magnificent room and the meal was sublime, we really had a great time. Freshness of products, homemade desserts... You can go there with your eyes closed

Restaurant with different types of "combo" menus which are very popular in France. The dishes are more refined than average. I liked them. Also good value for money.

Good food but some dishes were not hot enough, table service a little limited, otherwise very good overall.

New Year's Eve dinner with obligatory menu. Not a serious choice in my opinion

We dined for New Year's Eve and were generally convinced by the dishes but unfortunately neither by the (cold) atmosphere nor by the rather unprofessional service. Well, an aftertaste of regret when we finally ate well.
