Overall a very good bakery, the charcoal bread as well as the pain au chocolat and the croissants are excellent. However, I also sometimes notice a drop in quality, I can sometimes come across uncooked croissants or quite hard bread.

The bakery was great! Super friendly staff and their croissants and baguettes are top-notch, definitely the best in Paris. Highly recommend checking them out!

My Sunday morning ritual, for several months it has been a disaster, incredible staff turnover, lack of professionalism, this morning no pastries apart from cakes cut up, loud music, the saleswoman does not understand your order and takes the liberty to complain when you tell him that's not what you just ordered. We need to pull ourselves together, opening several points of sale is good but having operational excellence is better 😉
