Who would have imagined that such a culinary gem could be found in the charming village of Les Vans? A warm welcome and stylish service without being pretentious. Perfect advice on wine selection, after we shared our preferences. A lovely experience - very friendly owner and thoughtful dishes with local produce and some whimsical touches - such as flowers from the owners garden. Like all tasting Michelin star menus the portions were small but we were completely full by the end of the 4 hr meal (12-4pm!). We particularly liked the troute ceviche & the crispy goat balls. Less wowed by the deserts - but then there was no chocolate in them so …

In the dining room, Cyriel Huysentruyt orchestrates everything with remarkable generosity and finesse! His wine pairing suggestions add an extra dimension to each dish. This restaurant is a Michelin-starred establishment that richly deserves its star: you'll want to return as soon as you finish your meal!

For us, a dinner at Likoké was much more than just going out to eat; it was a true experience from start to finish. Every dish told a story and introduced us to the richness of the region. It is impressive how they work with local products of exceptional quality, where you can taste the passion and respect for the ingredients in every creation. We were constantly surprised by the succession of flavors, textures, and aromas. Just when you thought a dish couldn't be surpassed, another taste explosion followed that managed to completely surprise you. Everything was perfectly balanced and prepared with great craftsmanship. The presentation of the dishes was also beautiful and contributed to the overall experience. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome all evening. We enjoyed it immensely and are already looking forward to a next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience gastronomy at the highest level.

Was there last Friday, tasted some incredibly delicious things, had a lovely time, and as the crowning glory of the evening, was able to choose between an old Port Ellen or an old Macallan whisky—very stylish. To all friends: it is well worth the detour to experience a high-quality culinary evening.

Everything here is remarkable. The friendly, warm, and professional welcome; the precise yet relaxed service; the extraordinarily inventive cuisine, both in textures and flavors; and the wine pairings that enhance both. The only slight drawback (which doesn't deduct a star) is the slightly too loud music.
