20/03/2026: What a wonderful time! An absolute success tonight for my wife's birthday. What an excellent idea to introduce the team: it immediately sets the tone and perfectly reflects the spirit of the restaurant. With each delicious course, we felt both close to the team members, easily recognizable for their humility, and truly welcomed as guests, thanks to their expertise in their respective fields. BRAVO to all! We will return with great pleasure and will certainly spread the word that this is an absolutely essential restaurant.
