Superb restaurant in the beautiful setting of the old town. Warm and very professional welcome. The meals were delicious, the price is rather high, but fair for the quality and service.

A lovely restaurant located in the old town of Boulogne-sur-Mer. Reservations are recommended, but we were lucky and got in without one. The prices are pleasantly reasonable, the service is attentive and discreet, the decor is tastefully understated, and the food itself is delicious and attractively presented. A definite recommendation.

Mixed review — a disappointing visit Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing, despite some potentially interesting dishes and very friendly and welcoming service. We would have preferred to dine outside. We understand the "first come, first served" principle, but we wondered why they accepted more reservations than the number of available seats on the terrace, as this inevitably disappointed customers who were hoping to eat there. For starters, the foie gras was served with brioche buns that were burnt on one side, giving an unpleasant taste, while the other was undercooked. The squid tempura was very generous, but it was more of a classic batter than a true tempura batter, much too heavy for my taste. A small vegetable side dish would have added freshness and balance. As for the main courses, the duck, ordered medium-rare, arrived rare. The ling, unfortunately, was overcooked and far too salty. Furthermore, I didn't find the buckwheat that was advertised on the plate. However, the small casserole of cherry tomatoes and zucchini that accompanied the dish was pleasant. Finally, I found it a shame that no butter or oil was offered with the bread served at the table. The wine list also seemed rather expensive compared to the average price of the dishes, which reinforces the impression of a rather mediocre value for money. In the end, many small disappointments, taken together, unfortunately spoiled our experience. This is all the more regrettable as we had a fairly positive impression of this restaurant.

Passing through Boulogne-sur-Mer, you've found the perfect restaurant! We were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The food was of high quality. A great experience!

This place absolutely deserves its very high Google reviews. When for dinner, early (19:15) booking. Dishes chosen from the menu was the tempura squid and fois gras. Followed by the Ling and bbq duck. The accompanying vegetables also very nice. I will let the pictures I have posted tell you the full story. Brilliant! Post note also for the quality of the bread served. Highly recommended!

Really great dinner here, with our dog. We originally were in terrace and they let us move inside because it was chilly. The service was wonderful and super friendly. And the food was great. Definitely get the duck and Be sure to try the rice pudding for dessert.
