We received a warm welcome; the staff were pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The menu was concise and perfect for lunch. The terrace is very well laid out with a view of the back of the Lille Citadel, offering tables in both sun and shade. Our small dog was warmly welcomed and pampered by the staff. We enjoyed a very pleasant meal in the peaceful setting of the terrace. The value for money is excellent 👍

No issues with the drinks or the overall condition of the bar/restaurant. However, the staff was very unpleasant. I accidentally kicked the TV stand, which earned me a very haughty and judgmental look from a waitress and a stupid comment: "4000 bucks for a TV!" I shouldn't have apologized, haha.

15/07/2026: We stayed at the hotel and were a little disappointed. The service didn't really live up to the standards of other hotels in the Barrière group. Breakfast was quite cheap and served in the casino restaurant. We wanted to get an opinion on the bar, but we waited a long time without seeing anyone and eventually gave up. The casino itself is nice, but the service is again subpar (the bar area is quite dirty, and there aren't enough staff).
14/06/2026: Beautiful venue. Come for Amazing. Great show. Excellent performance by the singers, musicians, and dancers.
