Second visit to this restaurant and still a pleasure. First, we appreciated the interior decor, which creates a cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. Then, the quality of the service. The lady who served us was very pleasant and smiling. The gentleman behind the bar was also very friendly. And the dishes were of high quality and served with care. We truly enjoyed ourselves. This January 4th, my wife, daughter, and I came for lunch.
We received a very warm welcome.
We enjoyed our meal, the staff were attentive, and the portions were generous. We come regularly and will definitely return.

I didn't think I'd find a restaurant open on New Year's Day, but Côte Sable was finally open! The service was wonderful, with super friendly waiters. I highly recommend this place.
Thanks again to the team on January 1st, 2026; for me, it was lunchtime, you were fantastic.
