We have always enjoyed eating at Restaurant L’impossible on visits to Chamonix. Sadly the restaurant is still undergoing renovations, but Chef Auro offers a private cooking experience inside your chalet! He made a delicious meal for our friends and family that was the highlight of our visit. His daughter, Marta, provided a selection of delicious Italian natural wines that were perfectly paired with the chef’s cooking. We can’t wait to go back to the restaurant, but having the restaurant come to us was very special. Grazie, Chef!
