Nothing to say about the meal, original and succulent. Nothing to say about the service. Take care On the other hand, one thing bothered me: the flies... open windows it was hot but there are mosquito nets which also prevent flies from entering. In view of the quality of the restoration it is a shame to go hunting...

Great restaurant. We rediscover sublimated Asian flavors there. You can feel the work on the plate. The food and wine pairing is very well done. We would have liked a room with more cozy furniture and a little more space. But this is difficult to achieve unless you push the walls In short, a culinary experience to recommend where French and Asian cuisine mixes. A beautiful starry sky that allows us to travel.

A cold shower is what you feel when you leave this restaurant. Lovers of good gourmet restaurants, we opted for the 7-course menu. Nothing marks the taste buds with an unforgettable memory. It's good yes, this is what we expect from a starred restaurant not really....if at all. The restaurant is not well maintained, unbearable heat and the flies that go with it, a chip on the door and the presence of a mosquito crushed against the wall and finally deafening techno house music for help! No impression of intimacy, of a special moment. You will then understand this feeling of a cold or even icy shower

This day….we have lunch at l’impulsive at Chatel Guyon…. Slightly dull facade on busy street Interior a little outdated but nicely decorated Room without air conditioning…and it’s very hot outside… Our choice is the 7-course menu…. A pinot noir champagne to accompany….. And there, the magic happens… The bites follow each other and are not alike. Each time, a surprise in the mouth with Japanese, Thai and Auvergne taste blends😀 A pleasure for the eyes and taste buds…. Un menu en 7 temps avec accord mets et vins. Des saveurs, des couleurs, un vrai plaisir de se laisser aller au gré des plats. Menu surprise : homard, turbo, cochon ..... Nous nous sommes régalés. Seul bemol: absence de ventilo ou clim.

Déco reposante et de bon goût, musique pas indispensable ou mettre moins fort. Nous avons dégusté le menu 7 plats sans savoir ce qui était proposé et nous avons adoré ce concept. Produits de qualité, les goûts sont là, mélange d'Asie et d'Auvergne très réussi. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute.
