The welcome, service, and attention to detail are impeccable. Everything flows smoothly, professionally, and naturally, without ever veering into the "overacted" territory sometimes found elsewhere. As for the food, it's flawless. The dishes are varied, skillfully prepared, and, above all, constantly evolving: you never eat the same thing twice. The quality is consistently high, and the cuisine is simply excellent. Finally, despite the numerous restaurants around my workplace, I choose to have lunch here every day. It's no coincidence. A rare, authentic, and profoundly human gem that I wholeheartedly recommend: a must-try 😉.
