As a table of six, we had previously had a very good impression, but this time we were a little disappointed. Two dishes were reheated, and the quality was slightly lower, a sentiment unanimously shared by everyone at the table. The place is nice, and the service is pleasant. The music was too loud and drowned out our conversations.
We'll try again.

Warm welcome, pleasant service, and a decent but unremarkable meal.
However, the person who takes the bill at the end is unbearable; they barked at us, demanding to know who should pay for what. Not acceptable, we won't be back.

We came to this restaurant for dinner last night, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. During the meal, the waitress spilled drinks on one of the diners, leaving him with a completely soaked jacket and trousers.
Beyond the incident itself, what surprised and disappointed us most was the total lack of any gesture of goodwill or even any special attention to compensate for the inconvenience. We understand that accidents can happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference.
We left with a negative impression and the feeling that customer comfort was not a priority. It's a shame, because it ruined our evening.
