L'Insolent sur Luc-La-Primaube

In what kind of working-class restaurant does the chef get up in the morning and think, "Hey, I'll make them an endive tatin for a starter today"? Everything is absolutely delicious in this little restaurant/bar. The service is top-notch, quick, and efficient; the portions are generous and inventive; and there's a lovely atmosphere with a warm and spacious dining room. We eat there regularly and it's always fantastic! Well done to the team!
