Favorite little place ✨ Very good vegan dishes, taste and lots of treats 🤤 If only I lived right next door, to spend there every day!! Thank you for this place filled with sweetness that feels good 😊

Nice girls, superb cakes. And delicious and creamy whipped cream... 🤤In short, a marvel to discover!

Delicious moment: I had a no-cheescake and a chocolate/hazelnut cake, and it was to die for. It’s really good for your taste buds when you can’t consume lactose and/or you’re vegan. My friend had a leek cake and a chocolate banana cake which he enjoyed just as much. A small business that is worth the detour!

A lovely moment in this tea room during a short visit to Tours. The cheesecake (without cheese of course) was excellent, as were the cookies. And the extremely friendly team.

Very pleasant welcome, the lady is smiling and caring!! Unfortunately, the cakes were not to my taste, the prices seem rather expensive, especially for drinks (3€ for a syrup with water). However, the use of organic products brings a positive point to the concept. Furthermore, organic does not justify the excessive price of cakes.

Excellent taste: whether it's the blueberry cake, the chocolate Royal or the cookies! A cappuccino with a creamy vegetable foam. And the best: Maryse welcomes you warmly!

It's always a pleasure to come to Instant! The place is very pleasant and the vegan pastries are delicious. I particularly recommend the Royal, the lemon tartlet and the no-cheesecake (the best I've eaten!). This is an address not to be missed if you are passing through Tours 💖

Great 100% vegan coffee, the owners are very nice. I tried a pastry and Lupine coffee (caffeine-free cereal). Good location, near the train station and the cathedral. To visit without hesitation for a little moment of pure pleasure.

A vegan café and a very cozy tea room just a stone's throw from the station where you can indulge in both savory and sweet treats. Everything is 100% plant-based and organic. The pastries are homemade and change according to the seasons. I opted for an oat milk latte and a peanut x chocolate cookie. It was really good.
