Thin crispy dough with that little taste of cooking over a wood fire.
Toppings not too much, not too little, just enough.
Prepared before your eyes in a very cute little shop/restaurant.
The fact that the takeaway pizza boxes are too small compared to the size of the pizza, which means that the pizza overflows over the sides of the box, this gives an artisanal touch that I find really nice.
The staff, pleasant and smiling.
In terms of size, the small is more than enough for one person.
The only negative point in all this is that I'm not from the region and I really want to go back.
Passing through the region we do not regret our choice!

Frankly for a first, there is nothing to say, very warm welcome, very good pizza, both for the size and for the toppings. Go for a walk, really pleasant time... As much for the kindness as for the taste...
