Great experience! Friendly staff, very good, high-quality food I highly recommend it (some of the best sushi I've ever had). We ate endless rolls and gyoza and drank water. We spent €75 for two (which, honestly, is almost too little for the quality).

We were asked to tell you that they're kind, handsome, and muscular, but beyond all that, they really do have excellent sushi. Don't forget the Nutella and coconut sweets, which are worth the trip alone.

We went to Instant Sushi for takeout. The welcome was warm, and the salmon and tempura shrimp with cheddar were excellent ❤️ As sushi lovers, we've rarely had such good sushi.

16/07/2026: Efficient service, but very slow once it gets busy. It's a shame. A 20-minute wait for supposedly unlimited fries... The meal itself was still good, and the dishes were cooked as requested.

08/08/2026: What a lovely surprise! I chose randomly because it was already late (2:40 pm)... and yet the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had an absolutely delicious meal, certainly one of my best lunches in Corsica this summer. I'll definitely be back! I would have given it 6 stars, but it just doesn't quite reach 5!! ☺️👍👏👏👏 Bravo to the whole Neptune Plage Ajaccio team! 💪💪💪🤙
