Overall, great stay. Staff were warm and welcoming. Nice, clean rooms. Pool was outstanding.

4-star hotel The room is very nice, although noisy with the comings and goings in the hallway. No soap and only one bathrobe, which was given to us after we complained. We booked 6 months in advance only to be told 2 days before that the pool was no longer available because it had been reserved, as every year, by the Asics group. The bathtub had small chips that highlighted the rust. The staff vacuum cleaner was in the middle of the hallway. And there was a lack of cleanliness on the outdoor terrace. The outdoor staff were dressed casually. All these remarks do not reflect a 4-star hotel.

Nice hotel. The room amenities are a bit basic for the price, the bathroom isn't very practical and is a bit dated. I had a treatment at the spa with Naouel, who was very attentive. It's a shame that access to the jacuzzi is extra and rather expensive at €49 for 25 minutes… so I didn't try it.

For Mother's Day, my daughter gave me a gift certificate for a massage. I'd never been before, but I'll gladly come back. Thank you to Sophia for her exceptional and professional welcome; she takes such good care of me. And thank you to the massage therapists as well.

We had a wonderful time during our couples' getaway at the Cinq Mondes spa at the Mouratoglou Resort in Biot. We left feeling refreshed and delighted with this wellness retreat. A truly relaxing experience from beginning to end; you leave feeling completely relaxed and peaceful. They are attentive, caring, and have magic hands. A beautiful resort with welcoming, friendly, and highly professional staff! The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the bedding is superb. We didn't use the pool as it was too crowded, but the spa and relaxation area is a haven of peace. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent! A place we'd definitely return to!
