Tasty cuisine in the refined and tasteful decor of the Château des Gipieres; Jean Michel, the boss, is very friendly and friendly, giving good advice on the choice of wine; we were welcomed, served and advised by an elegant, kind and attentive waiter. Really recommend a good time.

Atypical and charming place, in the thermal baths park, the service is attentive but discreet, the cuisine is delicious!!

A very good restaurant which was recommended to us by a friend. There were four of us with different starters and dishes, quantities and qualities++. The profiterole is killer. What can we say about this room with a very beautiful fireplace. We recommend this magnificent place.

The exceptional setting, the kindness of the waiter, the talent of the cook make this place the ideal restaurant for meeting up with family or friends.

An excellent time... on the plate as well as in the atmosphere, notably thanks to attentive and smiling service. A clear downside, however: the choice and quality of the desserts is not, in my opinion, worthy of the general quality of this restaurant.

Magnifique cadre, dans la verdure, avec vue sur le Ventoux et sur le village médiéval de Montbrun-les-bains. Parking sous les platanes centenaires à l'entrée du parc.
Très bon accueil au restaurant, sympathique, pas guindé, on se sent bien.
Plusieurs menus proposés (possibilité de prendre a la carte), cuisine provençale raffinée.
On choisit son vin "à la cave" (il s'agit d'un restaurant caviste), parmi un tres grand choix pour toutes les bourses. On est très bien conseillé pour nous aider dans le choix.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Mets très bons très bien choisis ,le foie gras excellent mais le plat assiettes pas assez copieuse (3 petits légumes).
Par contre les profiteroles un rêve.
La terrasse donne sur le village et le mont Ventoux se qui donne un charme incroyable à la terrasse.
