We ordered the daily special: carbonnade. It was excellent; the meat was tender, the sauce flavorful and not greasy at all. Paix Dieu beer on tap was a nice touch. The welcome was friendly and the service very efficient.

We wanted a welch with fries. It was one of the few establishments open in October. We ate very well (a real treat, everything homemade, from the appetizers to the dessert) and the server was super friendly. I highly recommend it. Plus, the interior is magnificent.

There were 13 of us, including 5 children. The service was efficient and very pleasant. The meal was very good and very reasonably priced. We recommend this place for families, couples, and friends! Just a stone's throw from the seawall, it's an ideal location.

The Flemish carbonnade was the best I've ever eaten. A real treat! However, my husband was disappointed with the seafood pizza...too little topping.
