In a setting that captures the spirit of the times, our family received a very warm welcome. The family room was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, and the pool access was pleasant.

We came during a quiet period for a romantic weekend getaway. La Bourboule is a very pretty town with its own unique charm! The hotel is excellent, the staff welcoming, the spa area pleasant (jacuzzi and hammam), and the dinner was delicious!

A lovely hotel with a warm welcome from friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant. The meal was very good and quite reasonably priced. And the added bonus was the relaxation area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and hammam, all included in the rate. I highly recommend it.

We were very friendly and had the hotel to ourselves. Unlimited access to the hammam, pool, and spa. The evening meal was excellent, with the chef at our disposal. It was truly a wonderful experience in a slightly old-fashioned but completely authentic atmosphere. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Having received a gift voucher, I wanted to form my own opinion based on the reviews. There were two of us, and we had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was courteous, the meal delicious, the breakfast plentiful, the room spacious and clean, and the access to the pool was a real plus. Perhaps a few improvements could be made (the jacuzzi was only half working), but that doesn't justify deducting any stars. Thank you to the gentleman at the restaurant for his kindness!
