Very good experience. Coming as part of a Wonderbox, we were well received and even benefited from an upgrade. The hotel was ideally located and we were able to take full advantage of the spa/pool area because we were alone. In terms of catering, although we did not have the choice of meal included in the wonderbox we ate very, very well, it was a good surprise. The chef was very warm. In short, everything went well from our arrival to our departure. One thing is sure, we will keep pleasant memories of our short stay in La Bourboule!

Spacious, clean hotel. The catering is excellent. the wellness area is pleasant even if the hammam does not heat as it should and the jacuzzi deserves a little overhaul. But nevertheless, what ruins a weekend in this hotel is quite simply the manager who manages the reception herself. Rude (when we arrived we received a "what do you want".. she couldn't find our reservation because she had registered us under my first name... We clearly saw her discontent, as if we were at fault..) We witnessed a small disagreement with a customer regarding the invoice... and suddenly it was the customer who was right. And it was our turn when it was time to pay for our drinks. Madame recorded the amount in the terminal, took my bank card from my hands, I thought at that moment that she was going to insert it into the box, but did a contactless one without my consent, and above all , without showing me the amount debited, without receipt because the device was supposedly broken!! Despite this, this person made no apology, and continued with his arrogance. She quickly changes jobs, she is not in her place.
