An old hotel brought up to date. The welcome is friendly. The hotelier is really nice. The room is almost new and well maintained. The bedding is good and the bathroom is very beautiful and functional. The breakfast is of good quality and the breakfast room is beautiful and bright. I recommend.

Very unpleasant and cold welcome, with unclear information. The massage times coincide with those of breakfast, which did not allow us to enjoy them peacefully. The rooms are spacious but aging. On the other hand, an excellent point for the restaurant: high quality dishes and a service that is the opposite of that of the reception. Overall, the hotel has great potential, which is unfortunately underexploited.

Very pleasant hotel, shops within walking distance, large clean room, impeccable bedding, warm service and welcome, a very pleasant wellness area to relax after a good hike. And above all they accept animals.

Charming hotel. Quite spacious room but unfortunately the bathroom was very small and with a shower where there was no hot water and leaking, very good bedding. Moderately friendly receptionist, a shame because the evening service was perfect and the meal excellent. The swimming pool and spas are very good for relaxing but could be renovated.

Magnificent hotel, the room is spacious and extremely clean. the bedding is very comfortable. the dinner was excellent as well as the breakfast. the swimming pool and jacuzzi are at a good temperature. the welcome is very professional and pleasant. thank you for this weekend. we will come back with pleasure.

Very nice weekend spent in this pleasant and quiet hotel chosen from a gift box. Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. The setting is very pleasant. Nothing to complain about the swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam where we enjoyed relaxing as much as possible. Impeccable catering and service. 15 minutes from the Sancy station that we visited. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend as part of a Wonderbox package. A good first impression despite the manager who is quite particular but let's move on. We were entitled to a meal included in our box, so we went to the room for dinner. When ordering, the manager does not give us the choice to decide what we eat and only presents us with the meal of the day (even though we are not forced to like it or we may have allergies) which provoked initial reflections on the part of the manager, regarding the wine he offers you a wine list by the glass or the bottle but he tells you that if you have a glass you do not choose what you want and that you will have what is open (which may seem normal to me when there are few visitors) but in these cases we do not offer a card and there is surely a better way to explain this. We move on to the starter (chicken liver/salad) and unfortunately I didn't like it and I'm thinking again because I didn't eat (but at the same time we don't give you the choice), main course ( we were able to change the fish for meat because we don't eat fish), cheese (I asked for bread again, there was a slice left for 2) I take a "finish that one already" I don't think this either manners to respond to people, then arriving at dessert (kiwi with mint) we asked to change because unfortunately I am allergic to it and my husband does not eat it (which we were not asked for) that was something to change from a crème brûlée for my husband and I, he left me no choice and almost forced me to have the same thing because for him it was “very good” and clearly that was it. was “boring” to change again because he repeated it to about the 6 tables present, if the box meals have no choice it is up to you to present at least 2 different menus for the boxes because we are not forced to eat what you decide. I think there are a lot of things to review regarding meals even if despite that we ate relatively well. There are ways of doing and saying things, especially when you are a manager! Breakfast went well, despite our adventures with the evening meal, everything was OK.

An absolutely unforgettable weekend thanks to this hotel which left us with very good memories. Not to mention the excellence of the dishes tasted in an exceptional setting. The next day a trip to the wellness area between the swimming pool and jacuzzi was a real plus... even our little chihuahuas were well received and also have good memories. We will come back very soon...

Incredible high end. Listening, excellent meal and spacious. Hammam, swimming pool, and hot tub...to do!
