A warm welcome and an impeccably clean hotel. The mattresses are very comfortable, and the central heating works very well. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect, open from 8 am to 10 pm. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, and it's located almost in the city center.

We discovered this place through a Smartbox gift voucher; it's well-located and easily accessible. The welcome was a bit cold and not very friendly, and the initial impression wasn't exactly reassuring. That said, the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The space was clean and well-maintained, although the blanket contained the previous occupants' hair. Duvets would have been preferable. The pool area is a bit outdated, and the jacuzzi wasn't fully functional, which was a shame. Nevertheless, it was still pleasant. The evening meal was the highlight of our stay. The owner, who served us, was pleasant and smiling. The meal was of high quality in terms of both ingredients and flavors. We had a lovely and enjoyable time. Breakfast could have been improved, but it was still perfectly acceptable. When paying for extras, I'm glad I checked the bill because we were charged 30 euros for drinks we didn't even order... Overall, the stay was pleasant, but a few small changes would make the experience truly perfect.

We came during a quiet period for a romantic weekend getaway. La Bourboule is a very pretty town with its own unique charm! The hotel is excellent, the staff welcoming, the spa area pleasant (jacuzzi and hammam), and the dinner was delicious!
