We were coming from Lorraine for a few days' holiday in the Hautes-Alpes. 🦫 ⛰️ We stumbled upon this restaurant on a Saturday evening, a place that truly embodies local flavors! We were immediately charmed by the 100% local cuisine and the warm welcome from a team that genuinely loves their ingredients!
Luckily we had a reservation, the restaurant was full and some people without reservations couldn't get a table. We were greeted by the gentleman and served by the lady, both of whom were very welcoming. Our set menus were complete, generous, and delicious.
Small restaurant on Embrun's main street. Quality local produce. Local specialties include ravioli and "donkey ears" pasta.
