05/04/2026: We were coming from Lorraine for a few days' holiday in the Hautes-Alpes. 🦫 ⛰️ We stumbled upon this restaurant on a Saturday evening, a place that truly embodies local flavors! We were immediately charmed by the 100% local cuisine and the warm welcome from a team that genuinely loves their ingredients!

23/03/2026: A true gem! If I could, I'd eat at this Vietnamese restaurant every day. The dishes are absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. Every plate is a real treat. The owner is remarkably professional: always responsive, attentive, and very welcoming. You truly feel welcome every time you visit. Being from the area, we know all the best places, and for us, there's no hesitation: this is by far the best restaurant in Embrun. The service is quick, the prices are very reasonable, and we never have to wait long to be served. A little touch we love: the complimentary shrimp chips with your aperitif! The setting is pleasant, and the atmosphere is always warm. In short, it's always a great pleasure to go there. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!

Generous portions with perfectly cooked vegetables, served separately. A beautiful piece of fish, perfectly firm. For dessert, the apple crumble 🍎 is a delight. The service is impeccable, with an incredibly kind owner. The atmosphere is fantastic, like a bistro, the kind you rarely find anymore. You're seated close together, without feeling cramped, which allows you to chat with your neighbor if you wish. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant and its Aioli!! A wonderful discovery. Easy and free street parking.
