What a wonderful experience at Loiseau des Vignes! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the welcome to the last sweet touch. We particularly appreciated the service. The team is extremely professional and impeccably courteous. They are both attentive and discreet, offering helpful advice with a kindness that makes the experience all the more enjoyable. As for the cuisine, it's flawless, both technically and in terms of taste: Starters: The white asparagus was melt-in-your-mouth tender, as was the salmon trout, which was incredibly fresh. Main Course: The sea bream fillet, accompanied by crisp and flavorful baby vegetables, was cooked to perfection. Dessert: To finish on a high note, the chocolate matcha/coconut and lemon entremets was simply exquisite. A bold and refreshing balance that brought the meal to a triumphant close. To complement these dishes, we opted for a 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin. A surprising choice for some, given that our dinner was a fish course, but a judicious one that perfectly accompanied the entire meal thanks to its structure and elegance. In short: A must-visit restaurant in Beaune for lovers of gastronomy and wine. We will return with immense pleasure!

The food was technically well-prepared but very basic and lacked flavor. Ultimately, it lacked refinement. There were remnants from the previous guest on the tablecloth. All in all, far too expensive for what was offered.

We had a wonderful time; the restaurant is very welcoming, the setting is lovely, the service is professional, and the food is delicious. We will gladly return.

The meal was sublime and the dishes were elaborate, but unfortunately the servers were overwhelmed. The explanations of the dishes and the wine selection were somewhat vague. Despite these shortcomings, it was a culinary experience worth the visit, but improvements are needed in the service.

A very beautiful restaurant, excellent cuisine, and a fine wine list. The food was refined and meticulously prepared. The culinary experience would have been even better if the service had been up to par. The servers' friendliness barely compensated for the incredibly slow service. We waited almost three hours for a simple starter, main course, and dessert. There was a nearly 45-minute wait between courses. I had mentioned that the occasion was to celebrate two birthdays, yet there was no attention paid to the desserts, which would have been appreciated. A pleasant experience, but far from the initial expectations for a restaurant with such a prestigious name.

A very elegant restaurant, the cuisine perfectly reflected the name Bernard Loiseau. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic; even our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome. And even though we forgot to order her meal, they made up for it perfectly. A big thank you for this wonderful experience.

The flounder and dessert were especially delicious.

Classic Burgundian dishes with a modern twist: eggs meurette, beef bourguignon with beef cheek and garlic mashed potatoes. A beautiful apple and spice dessert (gingerbread). Excellent wine pairing.

L’Oiseau des Vignes is an excellent choice for lovers of fine cuisine. I was absolutely delighted with my meal: the dishes were not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and prepared with care. I highly recommend this restaurant.
