A minor drawback was the mayonnaise with the prawns. It wasn't very fresh.
It's a shame, because the rest was delicious and the staff were impeccable, especially the young trainees.

We arrived at the restaurant at 12:20 PM and our order was taken 15 minutes after we arrived. We ordered two maxi burgers, which were pretty good, but we waited 50 minutes even though it wasn't crowded.

Everything is perfect and so rare in our region. The staff and the chef are very pleasant and attentive, the dishes are generous and perfectly and well cooked.

A real gem in Carcès! The waitress, working alone, was efficient, smiling, and incredibly attentive. And the chef herself came to tell us about her cuisine: passion, generosity, and sincerity on the plate. A delightful surprise in the Var hinterland. Not to be missed!

A very pleasant, original, refined, and generous culinary experience in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere. Stick to the daily special; be warned, the desserts are quite substantial, and as a bonus, ask to try the farigoulette (thyme) liqueur.
