25/08/2026: Arriving by chance at this little square in Carces, we were immediately welcomed by the team at L'Olalpa, despite the presence of our two large dogs. They immediately offered our dogs water before we had even sat down at a table in the shade of the plane trees. So, dog friendly indeed! The service, the friendliness of the staff, and the deliciously prepared dishes were all excellent. The menu was very extensive, and the value for money was outstanding.
We truly had a wonderful time.
We would like to give credit to the entire team rather than simply saying that it was delicious. Bravo to everyone (Stephannie, Greg, Max, Manoella, and even the young photographer for whom it was her first time 😁).

Everything is homemade.
I highly recommend stopping by if you're passing through Carcassonne.

The pizzas were beautiful and delicious. Homemade dough and quality ingredients. I wasn't disappointed at all and highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: Hello, I left my earring yesterday late afternoon on a table, table 20, but no one is answering the phone. Please keep my earring safe and sound; we'll come back another time.
19/07/2026: Whether it's for a morning coffee, an afternoon ice cream, or an evening aperitif, it remains one of the most pleasant spots in Carcès to relax on the terrace. Plus, the staff is fantastic.

Tagatella served in a small ramekin like mashed potatoes.
Incorrect billing at the point of addiction.
