L'Olivar sur Soultz-Les-Bains

Meals with friends, I absolutely didn't know. The staff is really pleasant, smiling and attentive. The environment really pretty and simple. The menu is small which indicates the freshness of the products, the quality is there. The dishes are well presented, everything is homemade, even the ketchup and mayonnaise. On the other hand, it is a meat restaurant, few vegetarian dishes (a burger or a risotto). The meat is succulent, dishes prepared to order so it's normal to wait and between us, it wasn't long. The only downside is parking on the road so sometimes you have to park quite far from the restaurant entrance.

All our CONGRATULATIONS to the chef and his entire team because we had a pleasant time in terms of the setting (the terrace), the welcome, the service and the cuisine. The aperitifs are perfect, the cooking is 100% homemade and even the bread is homemade, and the meats are delicious. I'm starting this restaurant again with my eyes closed for the whole thing. A huge THANK YOU to everyone for this wonderful time spent in your establishment worthy of a star.

C'est un vrai sans faute ! De l'entrée au dessert il n'y a pas un faux pas. La serveuse est très sympathique, discute et conseille bien les clients. Si vous êtes un vrai carnivore je vous conseille complètement ce restaurant excellentissime ! La viande et tendre et au summum de son délice ! Des glaces fait maison très originales, thym-fraise, abricot basilic un délice !! Et bien sûr je vous conseille le mojito il est juste à tomber avec ou sans alcool c'est de la bombe ! Allez bon Ap à tous ! Et miam à vous !

Good welcome, meat matured for 45 days...a delight for carnivores

It's always a pleasure to come back to this restaurant! This time we had a delicious tartare, the fries are the best 😉. I always recommend coming here, for the service, the atmosphere and of course The Food

Dinner for two at the end of the weekend… A great discovery with some areas for improvement all the same! Warm welcome with a table on a pretty raised terrace in the backyard! Very pleasant and sheltered from the road at the front of the establishment. Taking the order for the aperitif was a bit long. Monaco send back due to bubble faults.. Identical income :/ A nice, fairly diverse menu with fish, meat and vegetarian meals. Everything is homemade! This is reflected in the quality of the products. 👍🏻 Mediterranean charcuterie platter to share, excellent! Really very good! Although the taste is clearly present, we are definitely in agreement to say that it lacks a little decoration... Butter, pickles or a little greenery for the visual. What do I know... We continued with a mature entrecôte. Very good... But, we need a little explanation all the same... 😅 Why mayonnaise?! Why not a good maître d’hôtel butter?! A nice reduction or a sauce? Or a simple mustard then?! Too bad we are sure that given the quality of the meat it would be a plus! For dessert, homemade ice cream! Very good although a little too sweet for my taste! It remains a great experience and a friendly and pleasant time that we spent in your beautiful establishment and we greatly appreciated it! Totally homemade cuisine. A top team. A humble boss who gives his all in his kitchen. A real pleasure for epicureans. Excellent tapas. A high quality Prussian and vintage matured meat with 50 days of maturation. A place we will return to. A great covered terrace. The breathtaking strawberry thyme and apricot rosemary ice cream.
