I came on Saturday, September 12th, and returned the very next day because the culinary experience was so exceptional. The food was of extremely high quality, a true showcase that does the region proud. The service was impeccable, with very friendly, professional staff. PS: I highly recommend trying the Aubrac rillettes with red wine; they're probably the best I've ever had. Go without hesitation!

I came here for some good meat, and I wasn't disappointed. Between the charcuterie platter to share and a beautiful, matured Charolais ribeye steak, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time.

The meat was of exceptional quality! The hanger steak was perfectly cooked. So flavorful and tender! The truffade was absolutely delicious… I'll definitely be back someday (but not alone!) to try one of your mature rib steaks, which looked incredibly appetizing! Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
