L'Oliveraie sur Saint-Sebastien-Sur-Loire

A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment we sat down, we were pleasantly surprised by a salmon amuse-bouche, incredibly fresh and delicately prepared. The restaurant is spacious, with an equally lovely and comfortable terrace. The ambiance truly made us feel like we were by the sea, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention should also go to the restrooms, which were wonderfully designed and spotless—a detail worth highlighting! The staff is delightful, attentive, and genuinely caring, which contributes to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, we were won over. The ingredients are fresh, and their quality is immediately apparent. The dishes are original and offer the chance to discover new combinations and flavors. We particularly loved the duck breast with a raspberry vinaigrette: a surprising yet delicious combination that my mother and I especially enjoyed. And what a delightful surprise the Nordic salad was! I've never really been a fan of salad, but I completely changed my mind: each bite was a burst of freshness. You can also tell the kitchen has a perfect grasp of sweet and savory combinations, with balanced and thoughtfully crafted flavors. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the food and for the ambiance and warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

Following my father's funeral, we were welcomed to L'Oliveraie to share a moment together as a family. I would like to warmly thank Dennahic and his team for their hospitality, kindness, and professionalism during these difficult times. The buffet was generous and varied. The service was discreet, attentive, and perfectly organized, allowing us to come together peacefully after this difficult day. Thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness. Your welcome greatly contributed to making this moment more peaceful. We recommend this establishment without hesitation.
