Great food, it's a shame Jacky is no longer working there. The owner isn't customer-oriented at all.

A very friendly owner. Excellent servers. A very pleasant wife. A top-notch bar and restaurant. During the day, it's a very pleasant place with a friendly atmosphere. Ideal for a coffee, croissant, or pain au chocolat in the morning. Lunch is perfect with a great menu and generous portions. And to top it all off, it's excellent. A daily special ranging from meat to fish. Another great place in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron where you'll gladly stop and want to come back.

The Croque Monsieur was not great, it looked pale and undercooked but was hard and dry, with little filling. The chips were greasy and unpleasant. The salad was fine and the service was friendly. There were lots of dogs, including ours, which was nice.
