L'Or Bleu Restaurant sur Theoule-Sur-Mer

A magnificent Michelin-starred restaurant; I was promised a visual and gustatory delight. It's as beautiful to look at as it is delicious, with a real focus on textures. It's a shame my phone battery died; I couldn't take any souvenir photos. I plan to return soon, despite the high price of the dishes.

A magnificent discovery in the region. A beautiful place, the service is impeccable and the food divine. An 8-step service that takes us back, travels, and takes us out of our daily lives... A wonderful experience to repeat!

Really enjoyed our anniversary dinner here. The food was excellent and the staff was very professional and friendly. The windows overlooking the sea were very nice. Sadly we didn’t sit so close to the view but it was nice either way

6-course menu. 5 top-notch courses, and a more than deserved Michelin star. At the end, we were only expecting dessert (perhaps with a small pre-dessert), and we were told there would be two. The first, chocolate and orange, was excellent, but the second, a vague sorbet, was remarkable... One GOOD dessert is more than enough. Insufficient IQ... Sorry for this mixed review, but we don't remember the ending...

Incredible. I went back a second time, afraid I'd be less impressed than the first; it was quite the opposite. Great team, great cuisine; idyllic setting. An exceptional and rare blend of seasonal flavors. For me, the best Michelin star I've ever experienced. Bravo!

A Michelin-starred restaurant with a magnificent view of the Bay of Cannes. The location is incredible, the service was professional, but we noticed a few service errors despite a large number of servers. However, during our meal, following an external disappointment, they were able to find a solution. For the food, we really appreciated starting our 8-course signature menu with a signature dish, the egg, which was exquisite and very tasty. The dish with smoked amberjack was our favorite, a true balance of taste with a good umami flavor that enhances the fish. Perfectly cooked, the desserts were divine. Really happy to have discovered this fine and precise cuisine and to be able to chat at the end of the meal with chef Alain Montigny. I recommend it without hesitation, of course.
