Restaurant with a breathtaking view of Saumur Castle. A very warm welcome and a small menu showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything was delicious! We all ordered fish, which was perfectly cooked and absolutely succulent. A great place to discover!

A wonderful surprise. Located on the castle esplanade, the view of the castle is magnificent, especially if you're lucky enough to have weather that allows you to have lunch on the terrace. One always fears that in this type of restaurant, located next to a tourist attraction, the food will be mediocre. The fact is, the homemade dishes are very, very good, carefully prepared, and offer impeccable value for money. Even the desserts are top-notch. As for the service, it is efficient, friendly, attentive, helpful—in short, perfect. I sincerely recommend this establishment, especially for those visiting the castle, as it makes for a very pleasant break after the tour.

Lovely setting, at the foot of the Château de Saumur, for a meal or a drink. The service was excellent, with friendly, pleasant, and attentive waiters. The snacks were very good and well prepared.
