Restaurant: 5/5, very welcoming, delicious food. Perhaps just a shame we had our aperitif at the same time as our starters.
Friendly and smiling staff.
Hotel: clean, parking nearby, very welcoming.
Spa: value for money "not great," we've seen better, what a shame! One out of two heated loungers was out of order, noisy clientele, no loungers available near the outdoor pool, the jacuzzi was quite small, and there was no indoor pool.

A wonderful discovery: the Aquabella Hotel! I'm a frequent visitor to Aix for short stays. The location is perfect, close to the city center. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel.
The rooms were spotless, the bedding was perfect, and they were very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like flip-flops for the pool!
We also ate very well: everything was delicious and fresh.
The staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Truly, nothing to complain about!
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

August 11, 2026 - we are back
Here is a story... we found this paradise in the middle of the hundreds years old city - Aix-en-Provence. We then... found the restarant where young, bright, kind and determined people work to extend your joy and your experience of 'la vie est belle'... Merci. Merci encore. Ludmila MB

Given the price, I expected a better overall experience. In particular, I waited about thirty minutes for my dessert. I mentioned the significant delay to two servers, and they were indifferent.

Incredible restaurant in a beautiful and relaxing setting. In summer, misters cool the terrace. The starters, main courses, and desserts are excellent. We'll be back!

Excellent food and beautiful presentation in a pleasant setting.
However, it would be advisable to inform spa clients that they need to dress more appropriately (more than just a dress and swimsuit) as some were refused entry. This would allow them to plan accordingly. We experienced this firsthand, while other clients who were less dressed than us were admitted. We returned to point out the difference in treatment and were then allowed in.
