A very pleasant family lunch break. The garden is very charming.

Given the price, I expected a better overall experience. In particular, I waited about thirty minutes for my dessert. I mentioned the significant delay to two servers, and they were indifferent.

Incredible restaurant in a beautiful and relaxing setting. In summer, misters cool the terrace. The starters, main courses, and desserts are excellent. We'll be back!

Excellent food and beautiful presentation in a pleasant setting. However, it would be advisable to inform spa clients that they need to dress more appropriately (more than just a dress and swimsuit) as some were refused entry. This would allow them to plan accordingly. We experienced this firsthand, while other clients who were less dressed than us were admitted. We returned to point out the difference in treatment and were then allowed in.

Excellent tuna tataki and basil sorbet

Hotel: a blend of old, with the ruins of the thermal baths, and new, with the superb outdoor pool in its well-maintained park, not to mention the lovely spa. The restaurant: I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Refined and delicious cuisine, seasonal ingredients, the desserts are not neglected, and the prices are reasonable, all in this pleasant park away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

We booked a family meal to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we made the reservation until we were welcomed on the day, everything was handled with great professionalism. The service was attentive, warm, and very efficient. The appetizers and main courses, which were varied to suit everyone's tastes, were a hit: fresh ingredients, full of flavor, and generous portions. A big thank you also to the pastry chef who created a custom cake for us, as beautiful as it was delicious. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

Let's start with the good points: There were three of us, and we dined on the very pleasant, well-furnished covered terrace with a beautiful view of the Aix ramparts. The table was large and far enough away from our neighbors for a discreet conversation. The food was good, though not exceptional, and the portions were generous. The staff was young, smiling, and helpful. What wasn't good: We ordered an aperitif and asked for some peanuts and/or olives. We were told that these were only for the bar! For €25 for three drinks, that's unacceptable. It's clear that some of the staff aren't professionals: you don't just pass a dish in front of one diner to serve another. The tables weren't covered, and the glasses smelled like they'd been washed in a dishwasher. The bill, €207 (including €38 for the aperitif and wine), seemed a bit excessive.
