14/09/2026: I ordered the Prestige menu. It's the best menu I've ever had. Every dish was extraordinary. Thank you to the sommelier for the perfect wine pairing; I've rarely experienced such a perfect match between wine and food. I absolutely loved the tomato appetizer (the best tomatoes I've ever eaten, not too acidic), the turbot (perfectly cooked with an extraordinary sauce), and the strawberry dessert (the pistachio crème brûlée and strawberry flavors were perfect).
