We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: from the welcome to the ambiance of the dining room, and from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours. The wine pairing offered with the prestige menu was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

We were warmly welcomed by a friendly team who made us feel instantly at ease in this tastefully decorated historic setting. We were captivated by the succession of dishes, won over by the Chef's signature style, the original flavor combinations, the perfect cooking techniques, the subtle hints of greenery, and the delicate touches of freshness throughout the menu.
A genuine success and a gastronomic delight, enhanced by impeccable service and some very interesting wine pairings, expertly presented and explained.
I highly recommend this wonderful establishment, run with great care and talent! It's definitely worth the trip.

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our seven-year anniversary, and it was a surprise for me. I knew the area, but not the restaurant. Honestly, it was a wonderful array of small dishes with different flavors. I really enjoyed it; I discovered new things from the appetizers to the dessert. Honestly, you absolutely have to do it at least once. Thank you to the staff who took such good care of us, and thank you also to the chefs. I had a great time in the sunshine.

A large, understated room that struggles to get warm. The food is very good and original. Tip: order a bottle of wine; the wines by the glass are excessive compared to the portion size... fine dining, certainly, but moderation is key. The service, however, is impeccable.

Superb gourmet restaurant, situated in a magnificent green setting. Thank you to the chef, Mr. Benjamin Patissier, who introduced us to a refined cuisine bursting with flavor. Thank you also to the staff who are attentive to their customers. We have never been disappointed by this restaurant.

A rediscovery. A must-try for Vendée's culinary scene. Impeccable service. We've been celebrating our family events (birthdays) there for years. The tasting menu they offered was fabulous (the asparagus and duck amuse-bouche was simply sumptuous). Bravo to the entire team.
