A warm and fraternal welcome. I'd even say friendly! It was a genuine encounter. We were welcomed into a real home, with great generosity and kindness. In my case, after a long day's cycling, I thought of Brassens' "Chanson pour l'Auvergnat." Thank you, Rémy the Alsatian!

Incredible experience, comforting cuisine, quality ingredients, a lot of soul in every dish, and the place itself is a work of art! We loved it!!!

My experience was mixed. The place is beautiful, like in the good old days. The terrace is spacious and shaded thanks to the lovely trees. The dishes were excellent, well-presented, and generous. The only downside was the wait and the service (30 minutes to order drinks, 1 hour for the meal; we spent over 2 hours there...). Perhaps we caught them on an off day, judging by other reviews, which is a shame. The person who appeared to be the owner was also too intrusive throughout the meal, bringing up irrelevant topics, which made us increasingly uncomfortable.

Organic, flavorful, and generous cuisine. A concise menu that reflects the exceptional freshness and 100% homemade quality. An unusual setting, somewhere between a warm family home and the Palais Idéal of Ferdinand Cheval. In short, a unique restaurant worth discovering.

We completely agree with the previous reviews and were so happy to finally enjoy something delicious vegan (almost impossible in this region, unfortunately)! The (vegan) curry exceeded our expectations! The rice was mixed with coconut flakes (extremely delicious!) and the curry was wonderfully seasoned. It even included dates, celery, and ginger, among other things! We started with a vegan salad, which was also fantastic. We definitely want to try the cake next :)

The place is incredible; time stood still for the duration of our lunch. The restaurant offers organic cuisine, which is so rare to find these days. We chose dishes from the daily menu: two starters, two main courses, and two juices for €42. The welcome might seem a little unusual at first, but once you take the time to understand the owner's philosophy, everything falls into place. In a world that moves far too fast, this respite is more than welcome. We ate outside, and I loved the thoughtful touch of the owner providing me with a cardigan to keep me warm. We will gladly return and are sharing the address. If you're in the area, go! Thanks to the owner of the children's secondhand shop MAJA across the street for the recommendation.

We had a fantastic time at OrgelStubb. The setting is incredible, it's a wonderful place to be. The welcome was very warm, and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back!
