It closed a few months ago. It was excellent but now is no more. Great shame!
But some time later ... It has, of course re-opened and is still very good. The accommodation is equally good too.

A stunning hotel in a stunning location.
This hotel was recommended to us by friends who live nearby, and we are so impressed.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms clean and well stocked, with wonderful views, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. And the food was indescribably good.

During a chance getaway, we discovered a little gem of a restaurant.
A modern setting nestled in lush greenery, offering high-end cuisine where nothing is left to chance.
The menu is simple yet simply excellent, featuring quality ingredients.

I only went to the restaurant, on a Sunday at lunchtime. What a wonderful discovery! I recommend it 200%: the service was perfect, especially the wine (great knowledge, very reasonable prices), the food (quality, presentation), and the location!

L'Ortensia is a wonderful discovery. This is our fourth visit, and it won't be our last.
The staff is lovely.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and restful. The setting is ideal.
And the meals are divine. The breakfast, homemade from start to finish, is the best I've ever tasted. We are absolutely delighted.
