What a wonderful discovery last night in Obernai! An intimate and elegant restaurant with a warm and refined atmosphere. Our waiter was exceptionally classy: perfectly attentive without being intrusive—the service was impeccable. As for the food… a true explosion of flavors! Each dish was a surprise, a subtle balance of tastes and textures. Bravo and thank you to the Chef for this magnificent discovery. The wines, carefully paired with each course, were also a delightful surprise. The presentation and explanations for each glass added an extra touch to this already exceptional experience. Thank you again for this superb evening. We will gladly return.

What an evening! My partner had planned a romantic evening for a marriage proposal, and I was thrilled, both with the proposal itself and with the discovery of this restaurant. It's hard to find the words to describe this evening. Thank you to Frédéric for his dedication to organizing this event. Everything was perfect! As for the menu, a huge congratulations. Thank you to the chef for introducing us to such unusual combinations; all these surf and turf pairings were as delicious as they were surprising. A very beautiful and excellent restaurant with refined and elegant fresh, seasonal dishes. The waitress was very attentive and created a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this gourmet restaurant for discerning palates.

This meal deserved a 5. However, I found a piece of plastic (like the kind that separates slices of ham) in my beef Wellington, which I pointed out, but received no compensation at the end of the meal, not even on principle… Otherwise, a lovely experience with a very good food and wine pairing.

A chef alone in his kitchen, serving a truly authentic meal with perfect pairings. Tonight we had a fillet of red mullet with blackberries, a scallop with white chocolate, and other surprising pairings. Go and discover them; the service is impeccable and the selection of Alsace wines is spot on. And at a reasonable price, too.
