L'Osmose sur Obernai

After all the classic Alsatian food, L'Osmose was a nice discovery. High school cooking with surprises and refinement. Really something for culinary enthusiasts. Definitely worth a detour!!

Une découverte pour un dîner entre amis .. étonné que seuls des menus aient été à la carte. Malgré tout, belles associations de produits, très belles mises en valeur, avec toutefois, un bémol, les plats sont minimalistes .. une dégustation plutôt qu'un dîner gastronomique !!!

What a great experience! A beautiful poetic stroll to discover new and very fine flavors. Each bite transported us and made us want to discover more. We can say that the dishes were in perfect “osmosis” with the wines recommended by the master sommelier. I warmly recommend this restaurant where the staff takes great care and makes this experience all the more pleasant. The service is as good as the dishes served and the value for money is excellent. We will come back with pleasure!

The four of us had lunch, four times a discovery menu with seven dishes in three courses. The experience was pleasant but marred by several problems: - the first service (starters) took thirty minutes to arrive and the second service (main courses) took an hour longer. No apology from the staff, we had to ask what was going on to learn that the cooks had a problem; - the dishes are good but the tastes are not very pronounced; - but the worst, unfortunately, are the quantities. We left still hungry. The dishes are actually cups with only one bite each time. A bite of meat, a bite of vegetable (just one vegetable), etc... Barely time to bite when there is nothing left. For starters, for dessert, I'm fine with it, but for the main course, it's ridiculously too small. Overall, a mixed experience. The places are pretty, the service was correct, the dishes are imaginative but lack flavor, a cooking problem that can happen but above all the proportions are simply tiny.

To discover ! Excellent, taste and quality products. Very good value for money.

Great discovery. An astonishing and explosive restaurant. The wine and food pairing is excellent and the blind menus allow us to get out of our comfort zone. Well done!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment en dégustant de bon mets sans oublier de bons vins d'Alsace avec un sommelier qui nous a très bien conseillé avec un trait d'humour, restaurant que nous pouvons que conseiller personnel super sympa et bien sûr une très bonne cuisine
