We had a great time, with wood-fired ribeye steak and a singer-guitarist. Thank you, we had an excellent time in a medieval-style restaurant. We'll be back.

A typical restaurant where we ate grilled chicken. The decor is quaint and the price/quality ratio is good. It may be a little difficult to find from the main road, which is easy to walk to. We highly recommend it.

The restaurant, is inside the castle, had a very medieval atmosphere, and the service was good! However, I found the roasted chicken legs I ordered to have a burnt skin and the meat inside to be too dry. Although it was cheap, it was very ordinary! The onion soup didn't have the onion flavor . The local specialty dishes, cassoulet ,on the other hand, were very generous in portion size!

I really love the setting of this restaurant; it's authentic and has a vintage feel. The food is excellent, with plenty of quantity, flavor, and quality. And I want to thank the staff, who were very pleasant. We had a wonderful evening; thank you very much.

The medieval decor charmed us. The welcome was very warm. The cuisine was exquisite, right down to the dessert: the chocolate mousse. The cassoulet was exceptional: rich in meat, cooked to perfection. A discovery worthy of the city of Carcassonne, with homemade products. A must-try restaurant. Thank you.

Chez Napoli Pizzas

18/04/2026: Ordered for the first time: one I don't know (merguez, chorizo, minced meat) and one Savoyarde. Really generous and very good. Friendly service.
14/04/2026: We were visiting the city and bought some pizzas. The waitress was excellent and quick, and the pizzas were delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you very much!

13/10/2025: October 2025 - We tried to return, but were informed that the owner had passed away and the restaurant was permanently closed. How sad... This restaurant was a gem! • • • • • Glad to see this restaurant is still open. Our visit in April 2019 (see photo) left us with very pleasant memories of the place. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful! A place to retreat to when the weather is cold! We will definitely return in September 2025, during our next planned visit to Carcassonne!
