A fantastic experience at Lotraix restaurant! A huge thank you to Kevin who served us today. It was his first day, yet he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish: smiling, professional, attentive, and very pleasant. He provided excellent service despite the stress that comes with a first day. The meal was delicious, and the welcome was superb. Congratulations to the entire team, and a special mention to Kevin for this fantastic start! We will definitely be back! 😊

Good evening, I wanted to congratulate you on our dinner with friends on Thursday evening, which was made even better by the musical entertainment provided by Mr. Y. Guerin, Mayor of Velaux, whom I had previously seen at a 70s-themed party. The warm welcome, the quality of the food, and your waitress's excellent wine recommendations won me over. I will definitely return and highly recommend you.

The service is generally efficient and well-organized, the dishes arrive promptly, and the quality is excellent. A minor drawback, however, was the welcome; a lack of smiles and warmth from the staff contrasted somewhat with the rest of the experience. But this didn't spoil the meal, which remained very good and enjoyable. A good address in Aix-en-Provence, especially for enjoying the ambiance and solid service.
