A wonderful discovery! Despite it being the off-season, the welcome was exceptionally warm. We were served promptly in a friendly atmosphere with local accents and colors, which immediately immersed us in the region's ambiance. The bull stew was excellent, full of flavor and very authentic. A real treat. A small detail that made all the difference: with our coffee, the waiter brought us a small slice of raisin flan. A thoughtful and much-appreciated touch that demonstrates the restaurant's hospitality.

The welcome is friendly and relaxed. The prices are quite high, but that's typical of the vast majority of restaurants in this tourist town. The server is somewhat distracted, but incredibly cheerful. Even though the music could have been at a lower volume, we had a lovely evening. The food was enjoyed, although for me the bull rib was a mixed experience (which wasn't the fault of the restaurant owner: the meat was quite strong, bordering on gamey, and undercooked, as it was quite tough even if cooked to perfection and with sinews). In short, a friendly restaurant with a relaxed welcome.

Extremely friendly and relaxed service. Casual and welcoming. The portions were very generous; the fish soup is already quite filling, so if you don't have a big appetite, choose carefully. The tuna steak was also substantial, but delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the main course because the soup served as a starter was so large. Smaller plates or a single dish should be considered, as currently, a lot of food is likely being wasted.

22/10/2025: We spent 14 days in Saintes Maries and ate 13 times at this wonderful, simple restaurant. We had fish or seafood every evening, which was amazing. The value for money is absolutely spot on. The service is friendly, fast, and courteous. One thing is for sure: we'll be back. Many thanks to the chef and his fantastic team.

24/01/2026: Traditional, homemade cuisine, a rarity in restaurants in Les Saintes. Affordable prices, quality ingredients, and attentive service. I highly recommend this restaurant.
