Wonderful moment at Lava yesterday. We were regulars at Louis Vin under Mélanie Serre, the restaurant that preceded it, and we came to test Lava without first knowing anything other than the name and seeing a few images. We were not disappointed. We took the carte blanche menu in 5 stops (+ a bonus stopover) and enjoyed a very beautiful culinary journey with exotic flavors, sometimes surprising, but always just right. The dishes are original and delicious, exotic and satisfying; the choice of tableware and the setting of the restaurant reflect Lava: refined and elegant, with a raw and wild touch. Special mention for the Black Ceviche which is a work of art. We wish Wilfried and Rémi lots of (deserved) success!

A surprising culinary journey! There were 7 of us last night and we were not disappointed. Very nice wine and spirits list. Quality room service, wine advice, nothing to complain about. A big congratulations!

We loved this cuisine, so original, unique and fragrant. The five-course offering is perfect, and even more so with the wine pairings offered (delicious wines, thank you Rémi). The portions are generous and you need a good appetite for the whole thing but it is a treat that you should not deprive yourself of, thanks to the chef and his team! The impeccable room service, the adorable and warm waiters, the very pleasant setting. Small downside...too long a wait at the end, but we know that this is linked to the success of the restaurant and we therefore wish you all the success you deserve! Well done.
