Excellent cuisine with unusual flavor combinations from chef Stéphane Pitré. He even gave us an explanation and description of one of the dishes! The service was also efficient and perfect.

The best gourmet restaurant in the capital! Located in the 9th arrondissement on a quiet but bustling street, The restaurant's facade is understated, The interior is intimate and minimalist, with refined decor, The welcome is warm, The service is quick and attentive, The dishes are exquisite, the flavor combinations subtle yet delicious, such as the dessert, a blend of chocolate, Catalan cream, meringue, and cherry, A fine wine list is available. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Still as good as ever… There are truly times when Michelin's decisions are incomprehensible. Stéphane Pitre's cuisine is easily worth a star. His langoustine bisque today left us speechless, it was so magnificent!

12/03/2026: An intimate and friendly location in the heart of the Marais. A good selection of Italian wines and delicious food.
08/03/2026: A wonderful experience for dinner and drinks. Maria served us well and everyone else was really friendly and helpful. Don't speak French, no problem. Accent free English all around. The calamari appetizer was one of the best I've ever had (Ive had many)! My wife had Veal and I had Ossobuco. Both were phenomenal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food, especially in Paris. A must for the Italian food lover in Paris.

Fish La Boissonnerie

09/03/2026: A very nice place in the Latin Quarter. Deliciously prepared dishes, tasteful decor, and very friendly staff.
08/03/2026: Absolutely loved lunch at La Boissonnerie. The wine selection was excellent and the staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to walk in for lunch without a reservation. One of my favorite moments was watching the staff walk across the street to the focacceria to pick up warm, fresh bread. I started with a soup that was incredibly creamy and flavorful — the kind of dish that feels comforting but still refined. For my main, I had the chicken dish, and the purée served with it was unbelievably silky.
