L'Ours Blanc Restaurant sur Saint-Martin-De-Belleville

Directly onto and off the ski slopes. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious evening buffet. Good value for money. Decent room. Free coffee, tea, and water. Beautiful view and terrace. Top-notch sauna and pool. The only minor downside is the lack of chargers for electric cars.

First of all, I must mention the great kindness of the receptionists and the manager, who agreed to reschedule my reservation even though I had made a mistake with the dates and my booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable. We also got a lovely upgraded room. The view, the spa area, the breakfast, and the terrace are fantastic. Parking is easy and free. Access to the slopes is incredibly easy. The only slight drawback: the soundproofing in the rooms could be better. But we will definitely be back.

A beautiful hotel with breathtaking views! Everything is top-notch: the rooms, the service, the spa, the breakfast. They have a partnership with a ski rental company that delivers directly to the hotel; ski passes can be purchased at reception.

This is a truly lovely hotel where genuine service still matters—something increasingly rare in many hotels and restaurants, especially in the French Alps these days. The staff are warm, welcoming, and strike the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. The overall design is charming and effortlessly lifestyle-oriented: family-friendly, relaxed, and refreshingly fuss-free. The breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional—varied, abundant, and clearly focused on quality. After a day on the slopes, the spa becomes the real highlight: the outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views, is pure bliss. My wife and I loved every single moment of our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

Hotel and service were impeccable. It's a shame the ski-in/ski-out access requires walking 100 meters on asphalt.

A wonderful experience at L'Ours Blanc! We particularly appreciated the bedding, which was truly exceptional: we slept incredibly well. The room and common areas were spotless. The spa is very pleasant, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after skiing. As for the food, what a pleasant surprise: the evening buffet is already excellent, but the breakfast buffet is truly remarkable, with a wide variety of high-quality products. Finally, the welcome and the staff are discreet, efficient, and professional. A truly wonderful place to stay in Les Menuires: we will be back.

Perfect stay! We received a warm welcome from Maud, the manager. She was very attentive to our needs. The buffet in the restaurant was fantastic, and Cindy made sure our stay met all our expectations. We will gladly return to enjoy another holiday with the team! It's great for children with the magician, the library, and the foosball table. Our daughter didn't want to leave. Thank you!
