L'Un des Sens sur Colmar

It was absolutely superb. We have been traveling through France now for ten days and had some great food but this was our favorite spot I especially loved the Jerusalem artichokes, so much I ordered two plates!! My husband, and teenage daughter were also very happy with all the plates and we all know how hard is to make kids happy! Excellent restaurant, excellent service and amazing food. I will come back to Colmar just so I can eat here again!!

I knew this restaurant because I lived on rue des Augustins right next door. The atmosphere was more charcuterie and cheese planchas, well-chosen glasses of wine. I returned this week and then, a huge culinary slap in the face. I already recognized a waiter who had served my table at Chambard when he brought me the first drink. We talk and the restaurant has been taken over by a former cook from JY’s “next door”. In short, 5 dishes to share for €30 per person plus dessert. This evening, kiwi, vanilla cottage cheese and bread crumble to accompany. It came after multiple dishes (beetroot in blueberry vinaigrette, grilled Jerusalem artichokes with fresh Munster cheese and spicy sauce, carrots and cream cheese, Asian-seasoned tartare, smoked trout with very good vegetables under a sheet of rice. Indecent for the price, it's you who commits the heist of the century by going to eat there. I will definitely go once in the next few weeks. A great proposal!

We had dinner at this place that friends had recommended to us. It's really special and intimate. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We tasted some typical dishes and tasted dishes with vegetables and very particular preparations.

We got into the habit of coming regularly with three friends. The cuisine is delicious, the wine advice is perfect, it's always a treat and a wonderful moment. Each dish is an interesting and delicious discovery. One of our best addresses.

Generous drinks menu and excellent selection of dishes to share. We took the discovery formula full of flavors (the stuffed cabbage and salmon were succulent). We were even able to discuss with the owners, who were very friendly, about the ingredients that we had not guessed. THANKS!

Great discovery in the center of Colmar. A small room with an intimate and friendly setting at the same time. There we discover great plates to share and at more than reasonable prices. What follows is a selection of wine so large that it's hard not to find what you're looking for! At worst, ask for advice and you will not be disappointed.

The plates are beautiful, good and generous, when you see the space in which the chef works, you can only admire! The wine selection is nice, the service was very pleasant! Everything was perfect

Tu y vas une première fois pour boire du bon vin et tu y retournes pour la cuisine. Nous cherchions un bar à vin pour boire quelques verres de bons vins afin de nous faire oublier la piquette qui nous été servie lors de notre soirée de la St Sylvestre. Effectivement, pas déçu, la sélection de vins par Madame est bonne et les conseils judicieux. Et après ça, il faut bien manger un petit quelque chose. Alors ici, pas de planchettes apéros, de vrais plats, cuisinés maison par le chef, dans 4 m²! Et là grosse bonne surprise car pour un tarif contenu la qualité est excellente et la proposition originale. De nombreux Wouahs à la dégustation avec un superbe accord mets/vins. Vous l'aurez compris, vivement la prochaine fois!
