A truly beautiful spot in Colmar, both literally and figuratively. For the café, discover the approach of its creators regarding their organic coffee suppliers – bravo! Excellent coffees, both for sale and for tasting. Paired with Alba ice cream, superb with bold, classic, but always high-quality flavors. Small terrace, cozy corner inside, and amazing, friendly, and efficient service – a rare gem. We can't wait to return – bravo, keep it up!

Absolutely delicious ice cream in fantastic flavors. We had, among others, strawberry/basil and caramel. The service was incredibly friendly, and the generous portions justify the prices.

We ordered coffee, chocolate bread, and a croissant, and everything was delicious. The coffee had a rich flavor, and the pastries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommended. Besides that, the waiter was lovely and incredibly attentive.

06/09/2026: Perfect! I had the ribeye steak with bone marrow, cooked exactly as requested, and the marrow bones were amazing! If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be the bread! With the marrow bones, two slices of toast lightly rubbed with garlic would have been a nice touch, but that's just my critical side talking! The service was impeccable! Thank you for this wonderful experience.
19/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic!! I had a wonderful evening with my friends. The team is amazing, the warm welcome and constant smiles were a delight, and the owner is truly wonderful!! 17/08/2026: We loved the warm welcome, the ambiance, the great and nice waiter and the beautiful and very tasteful courses. However, and we dont mean it personally, the sommelier? We dont know what he actually did, like he could not be bothered. Advice? Suggestions? We asked for a wine pairing with our 5 course menu which is a huge part of the whole experience. Not possible because people are different with different taste? Yes? So what? Then you can still offer different wines with every course ? He suggested red and white. For us that was a not so great part of the evening. We have had dinners all over in restaurants with one star and this is for us the first time. I would not suggest this personaly and purely based on this complete lack of wine experience, we would have been happy to pay more.
07/08/2026: Absolutely magical, the food is well worth its star and the staff are friendly and relaxed, a welcome change from overly formal waiters... A huge thank you for a wonderful evening
