Highly recommend Sushi & Champagne as a relaxed and lighter alternative to the various Bistros and Brasseries in and around Epernay. The chef does it all here so be patient and you'll be rewarded with tasty and fresh sushi. The decor and menu were simple but everything you need.

Just ate at Sushi et Champagne, we got really good Sushi and Sashimi and a very good service from the guy behind the counter. Not fine dining but very good! Recommended!

Wonderful guy who owns this place. He happily serves when everyone else closes at 9:30 PM, keeping this place open until 10:00 PM.

Very nice spot in the center, a bit hidden but definetly worth visiting. The owner was very kind and the food delicious, fresh ingredients and very tasty. Highly recommend!

06/07/2026: Thank you to La Fringale for the delicious paella we had for our son's 18th birthday. It was very good, plentiful, and everyone was delighted 👍. Everything was perfect, from the appetizers to the cheese course, with generous portions.
22/06/2026: A huge thank you to La Fringale catering! We ordered their paella for our son's christening. We had about fifty people, and everyone loved it and went back for seconds. The cutlery option they offered was fantastic. I highly recommend La Fringale. Thanks again, and we look forward to seeing you again.
