Very good meal for 1st year A few blunders but the teachers are watching and everything goes well. We were at the brasserie, 15€ all inclusive (starter, main course, dessert, 1 glass of wine and coffee)

Christmas meal this afternoon. Very good, especially the toasted foie gras with Espelette pepper and onion confit as well as the vin jaune sauce on the pike perch fillet. Very good Gascony white wine with this meal. And the young people at the service are very friendly and motivated. Once again a great experience in this hotel school.

The decor is magnificent. The service is careful. The meal is delicious. I recommend.
