Lycée Hôtelier Le Renouveau Château Colcombet sur Saint-Genest-Lerpt

I highly recommend dining at the training restaurant one evening. For around €25 per person, you'll be served a delicious and excellent meal by smiling, courteous, and motivated students. The setting contributes to the "gastronomic" atmosphere. We had a choice of five different cocktails, created by the student sommeliers, followed by an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. We were certainly not disappointed; the students did a fantastic job. In short: you eat extremely well for a very reasonable price, and we're happy to be able to give these young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

Lunch at the school's Château was a delightful experience, with a warm welcome and a superb menu featuring beautiful dishes served with care. Well done to the students; their motivation and dedication to their work are evident. I highly recommend this establishment.

It's always a pleasure to visit this hospitality school. The setting is absolutely beautiful. The meal is delicious.
