We loved it. Excellent value for money (set menu €31 with foie gras, chicken supreme with morels, and an assortment of desserts). I chose this restaurant for my daughter's birthday, and frankly, there wasn't a single flaw in either the food or the service. The staff is pleasant and attentive, and the ingredients are high quality. We will definitely be back!

Better service than at the beginning. The food is perfectly decent and the atmosphere welcoming. Only the background noise is unpleasant. I will definitely return, however.

Lycée Hôtelier Le Renouveau Château Colcombet

05/05/2026: I highly recommend dining at the training restaurant one evening. For around €25 per person, you'll be served a delicious and excellent meal by smiling, courteous, and motivated students. The setting contributes to the "gastronomic" atmosphere. We had a choice of five different cocktails, created by the student sommeliers, followed by an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. We were certainly not disappointed; the students did a fantastic job. In short: you eat extremely well for a very reasonable price, and we're happy to be able to give these young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience.
24/03/2026: Lunch at the school's Château was a delightful experience, with a warm welcome and a superb menu featuring beautiful dishes served with care. Well done to the students; their motivation and dedication to their work are evident. I highly recommend this establishment.
