06/09/2024: Décor soigné et matériaux nobles. Accueil un peu froid. Service exceptionnel de Louis ! Les potions sont vraiment réduites au minimum. Nous avons un petit appétit, pour nous, c’était suffisant mais je n’oserais invité des amis … Délicieux amuses bouches. Superbe tartare de thon rouge. Le dressage des plats est très soigné. Les vins sont hors de prix…

23/08/2024: Another big thank you to the Table d’Uzes! We come here for dinner every year and are never disappointed. The new place is splendid, the Chef's cuisine is delicious and always just right, the juices are fabulous...special mention to Clarisse, a passionate and adorable sommelier who we enjoy seeing again every year! Her way of offering what she offers and the way in which she does it is quite rare on a 1 star rt level deserves to be highlighted. This restaurant is for us one of the best one-star restaurants that we have tried. Thanks to Louis who took care of our table and kindly showed us around the Chef's kitchens during the service, a great professional and friendly team and a Chef who always takes the time to come and greet the tables. See you next year :)
