The aperitif arrived at the same time as the appetizers. The bottle of water never arrived. The coffee arrived before dessert. A dropped French fry remained on the table throughout the meal… The waitress apologized four times, in a detached and indifferent tone.
This whole experience falls short of the restaurant's claim to be the best in Suresnes, as displayed on the menu. Live up to expectations, or delete this review…

A really lovely place! The decor is very warm and cozy; we felt right at home!
The service was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. We were warmly welcomed and very well served; we wanted for nothing throughout the entire meal!
The dishes were excellent, well-seasoned, and the flavors were exactly as promised! The only slight downside was the strawberry dessert: too much mousse and not enough strawberries.

Great restaurant, the setting is very chic and the staff were very friendly. We went for lunch, and there wasn't a huge selection on the menu. When the dishes arrived, we finished our plates in a flash because the portions were small. It's a shame because the food was very good, but that's what you get when you choose this type of restaurant...

Very disappointed… Poor welcome (being seated near the restrooms only made it worse): once we were shown to our table, there were no instructions, no explanations, no assistance whatsoever.
Once seated, we waited about 20 minutes for a menu (no one informed us about a QR code), and then the waiter finally arrived to take our order—ha!
We hadn't even received our drinks yet, and the bread with aioli had already been served…
The service staff were neither very attentive nor friendly.
As for the food, the dishes were excellent and generous. I was a little less enthusiastic about the appetizers and desserts. Lots of mousse and not much flavor.
In short, don't hesitate to try it; it will surely be improved and more enjoyable next time ;)

A new discovery within the "Not-So-Parisian Bistros" group, and as usual, the experience is impeccable. The service is attentive and the setting very pleasant.
Culinary notes:
The starter: A real favorite was the Corn & Perfect Egg. The corn, prepared in two textures (emulsion and kernels) with the crunch of the fried onions and the melt-in-your-mouth caramelized onions, is a marvel of balance.
The main course: The eggplant is superb, prepared simply but with great precision in the flavor combinations.
The dessert: The Pear-Chocolate is well executed and technically impressive, even if it lacks a little "wow factor" to truly bring it to a triumphant close.
